About Danielle

I’m taking very slow and steady steps towards healthier habits, slowly shaping myself into the person I want to be while loving and accepting the person I am. I’ve been bringing my friends along for the ride, and maybe you want to join us. No dieting, calorie counting, or restricting. No foods off limits. We love food and love to eat. Colorful plants, including beans, greens, and fermented foods are encouraged. It’s the gentle path to a healthier and more compassionate lifestyle. We explore how thoughts, experiences, stress, hormones, sleep, friends, and FOOD impact our health. Each person gets to shape themselves as they explore new ideas, new recipes, and their own motivations.
I am also a wife and mom. I have degrees in Biochemistry and Education, a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition, and a certificate in Assistive Technology Applications.
