Taking Pleasure in Your Food

Learning to take MORE pleasure in your food and eat mindfully may result in eating less.

No dieting.
No calorie counting.
No foods totally off limits.
I encourage whole plant-based foods, self-study, experimentation, and tiny changes. Making an effort in these areas dramatically changed my health.

But I'm still a work in progress, and I want to share my journey with you as I continue to learn, change, and try new things.

I have degrees in Biochemistry and Education, a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition, and a certificate in Assistive Technology Applications.
